Yes, my internet speed is between 40k to 46k.
but, it only took 30 sec to access this web
site few minitues ago. I guess one more factor
for access time is numbers of users
try to access same information at that instance.
In fact, the computer allows multiuser and runs
applications in a real time by using time slicing
method.

The design for this outlook is very good; however
it needs improvement to display a little faster.
I use the dialup modem to access internet, and
it takes 10 to 15 minuites for data displaying.
Even I try it out on company network(private), it
still displays very slow(more than 5 minuites).
Perhaps, the user can has a choice to select
text display only. Pictures slow down the display.
May be this is the reason for not many people
giving out comments.
