可以寫中文的，請盡量寫中文！要不然，還是有些校友會覺得不那麼親切的！也可能會令部分校友不敢參加發言。不能寫的，當然是沒辦法中的辦法，繼續寫好了！！參加發言還是比不參加好的！

First of all, my english not so good.
Secondly, I am not in charge of police complaint department.
The effective way to solve the police department or other goverment departments is make complaint to concern parties such as the department complaint section or media or CEO.
In my past experience, make complaint to the Ombudsman is a good and effecetive way.
I am co-opted member in District Council and I always deal with some Police officer in NTN. If our alumni "聰" have bad experience in NTN, may be I can pass it to concern senior officer for investigate.
I understand you may be a Police officer or their relatives. I without any devil act and appologize for any unpleasent caused for you. Whatever, the bad apples in any departments must be KO.

香港警察都有好多有禮貌的。
約十多年前炮台山有一間運動用品店起火，其中有一名店員因此死亡，我公司在該店內有陳列燈箱等物料，當時我是負責人，警方需要我的口供作出庭之用。
我因工作關係，未能到警局，他們親身到荃灣替我錄口供，工作態度很好及有禮貌。

盡公民一份力量，是公民的好榜樣。香港人的公民質素應該提高些，因為香港畢竟是比較清廉的社會，公義是可以伸張的。我支持你！

昨晚回家途中，本人目睹一宗交通意外，詳細暫不談，因有官司跟尾，目擊�穻@數十人，唯一本人願意，出來做證人，今午到新界交通部錄口供，在大堂當值的警察們，句句粗口，態度很差，對所有人都是一樣，不論受害人，被告人或證人，雙反，近年來大陸公安，非常有禮貌及態度很好。
